Stephanie joined The Optical Group 11 years ago with a flair for customer service and an ability to solve member problems with a smile. Her operations experience with large corporate retailers and non-optical buying groups brings a depth of insights and understanding to member concerns. Her “can do” positive attitude combined with access to information and billing systems, resolves most issues with one phone call. A talent for organizing and attention to the smallest details makes monthly reporting and billings statements precise and dependable.

Ruth has been with The Optical Group since 2008. If you’ve used statistics, reports or supplier analytics chances are Ruth created them. A self-professed spreadsheet specialist with an accounting background, the team relies on her to solve and sort the complex dollars and numbers that make sense to you every month. Whether you are a looking for explanations or understanding, her direct approach and personalized service makes quick work of any issues you may have.
Accounts Manager / Accounts Receivable
Jordie is the newest member of The Optical Group’s support team. Her background in customer service means that you’ll get the attention you deserve when she answers your calls and emails. Studying business accounting at Durham College has prepared Jordie to compile reports and statements that are precise and match your expectations.
Cathy helps make the monthly task of direct mailing statements to every account happen with amazing ease and accuracy. Since starting with The Optical Group 11 years ago, her ability to organize, attention to detail and consistency, has delivered the trusted service members need. As technology advances and access to digital data seems endless, the simplicity and predictability of concise statements and newsletters makes running The Optical Group a little easier.
