A talent for organizing and attention to the smallest details makes monthly reporting and billings statements precise and dependable.

A self-professed spreadsheet specialist with an accounting background, the team relies on her to solve and sort the complex dollars and numbers that make sense to you every month. Whether you are a looking for explanations or understanding, her direct approach and personalized service makes quick work of any issues you may have.

Jordie with her background in customer service Jordie will give you the attention you deserve when she answers your calls and emails. Studying business accounting at Durham College has prepared Jordie to compile reports and statements that are precise and match your expectations. Cheryl is the newest member to join The Optical Group team. With a background in customer service and office administration, her priority is that members needs come first and foremost. Having had some experience on the front lines of the optical business allows for a deeper understanding and knowledge of where members and suppliers alike are coming from. This gives her an edge when corresponding and resolving any inquiries or challenges that may arise.
